Jamila was forced, at age 12, to marry a man she had never met. In marriage, she suffered from sexual violence and was shunned by her community. She now lives in fear that her family will kill her to restore their lost honor.
In the midst of their silence and suffering, Muslim women are longing for hope. While they seek escape from their painful existence, Global Hope boldly embraces the opportunity to share the only true source of hope with them - Jesus Christ. Muslim women are among the most unengaged and oppressed people in the world. Less than 10% of Muslims coming to Christ today are women.
Global Hope focuses its strategies on five core pillars of ministry for fulfilling its vision and mission. Through these five strategies, Global Hope responds to the social and spiritual needs prevalent among the unreached int he Middle East, especially Muslim women. We intentionally serve in frontline Muslim nations where there is limited or no access to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
God has set before Global Hope the vision of salvation for one million Muslims in our lifetime. Through projects that tangibly express the hope and love of Jesus Christ, Global Hope builds bridges for meaningful relationships with Muslims. Through these trusted relationships and God's supernatural power, countless Muslims hear for the first time that God is near and Jesus saves.
